What to expect when you book with us.
Deposit
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is settled as agreed with our team on WhatsApp.
Cancellation and refunds
Because the 30% deposit is non-refundable, it is retained if a booking is cancelled. Terms for the balance and any date changes are confirmed with you in writing when your booking is accepted.
Children
Children are welcome. We ask for guest ages in three groups when you enquire: 0-5, 6-11 and 12 and over. Each cottage sleeps a maximum of three guests, and every cottage needs at least one guest aged 12 or over.
Extra mattress
A third guest in a cottage is accommodated on an extra mattress. It is chargeable, and the amount is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
House rules
Please respect the island's customs and the reef. Alcohol is not permitted on the island. Do not collect coral or shells, or disturb marine life. Keep noise low after dark so everyone can enjoy the quiet.

Accepted payment methods for the deposit will be shared on WhatsApp when you confirm your dates.
