This is a draft for legal review before go-live. It explains what Shore House collects when you use this website.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form we collect the details you enter: your name, dates, guest numbers and ages, meal preferences, occasion, arrival details and any note you add.

How we use it

• To check availability and reply to you on WhatsApp.
• To keep a record of your enquiry so we can follow up.
• To arrange pickup and your stay if you book.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are recorded in a private Google Sheet and sent to us through WhatsApp. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used.
